I've set my goal weight as 130, which will put me at a BMI of 23, which is perfect. But, to be honest, the ultimate goal is to be healthy, so if I get under 140 and am happy and healthy there, I may just let my body decide what my best weight is. The ultimate goal here is a lifestyle change I can maintain forever, that focuses on better choices, but still allows for birthday cake. I don't want to be a slave to a number on the scale, but be at a place where I look and feel great! :)
