I feel like I have always been fat.....but I am tired of it! I am tired of clothes not fitting, tired of taking medicine for my blood pressure, tired of having no energy........just plain tired! Like Jen said we have done WW many times and I do remember being in the 170's in one of our attempts, how fast that went away! I feel like the more I try to diet, the hungrier I am. I am ready for the slow and steady race and trying to make the gym commitment. I am ready for a change!!!!
